We leave Paris, and drive by the western districts of the city and then jump on the Normandy motorway as far as Bonnière.

After crossing the River Seine at Vernon we reach Giverny , the home of Monét , a lovely and tiny village located around 1h30 drive from Paris.

Os jardins de Monet te fazem viajar no tempo

"O tempo percorrido até Giverny é preenchido com as dicas preciosas da guia. Fui numa terça-feira e havia uma guia falando em bom Português. Ela contou toda a trajetória de Monet e, ao chegarmos lá, pudemos conferir tudo. A casa é bem conservada. Mas os jardins com o lago e as ninféias são o ponto alto e te transportam para a época do pintor. Como disse a guia, "ao entrar nos jardins, você se sente dentro de uma pintura de Monet"."
